Moss Trekker Trial Run

As long as I was using Sketchup to "flesh out" the boxy robot, I thought I'd give the same treatment to another robot from the same Inktober (2016), while also taking the opportunity to give a little more of a backstory. The idea was for these things to be walking gardens that would eventually collapse and decay from weathering, kind of like dropping old ships and military vehicles into the ocean for coral reefs to form. Being mobile beforehand would allow better seed dispersal as well as maximizing sunlight exposure (hence the light sensor at the end of the neck).

Took a cue from Barnaby Dixon's Dabchick for the look of the feet. Still not happy with the legs, but I was stumped on the mechanics of it. In my defense, bipedal robots are still something of a novelty, so I didn't have much to reference.
