The background was originally made using Zenbrush 2. The remainder was handled in Autodesk Sketchbook.
The title is a reference to Penny from RWBY, as I'd been thinking about her nerdy greeting coupled with her mousy schoolgirl aesthetic and sword-wielding badasser.
